What we liked
- + NSF certification shows it meets food service equipment standards
- + 5in probe suits standard barista steaming pitchers
- + Fixed clip keeps the probe in place for hands-free steaming
Trade-offs
- - 1in dial is small and harder to read at a glance
- - Fixed clip cannot adjust depth for different pitcher sizes
