What we liked
- + 20oz size gives room to stretch milk for a pair of lattes
- + Stainless steel body is durable and dishwasher friendly
- + Wider base swirls milk well for a glossy microfoam texture
Trade-offs
- - Larger jug is harder to control for fine latte art designs
- - May be too big for small single-boiler steam wands
