What we liked
- + 0.2mm profile barely changes headspace in shallow baskets
- + IKAPE is a known name for espresso accessories sized for 51mm machines
- + Reusable screen replaces paper filters and cuts ongoing waste
Trade-offs
- - Thin screen can flex and bend if handled roughly while cleaning
- - Adds less thermal benefit than a thicker, heavier screen
